### Transport Fees

- Outside city (up to 10km): +€20
- Beyond 10km: €20 + €0.50/km

### Penalties

## Usage Guidelines

### Before Use
- Vacuum surface thoroughly first
- Use only provided cleaning tablets (no other detergents!)
- Prepare solution with warm water (max 50°C)
- One tablet cleans ~2-6 m²

### Do NOT
- Leave machine outdoors in freezing temperatures
- Use for flood recovery or construction cleanup
- Run pump when detergent container is empty
- Use water hotter than 50°C
- Use dishwashing liquids, powders, or other chemicals

### After Use
- Empty and rinse both tanks
- Flush system with clean water
- Return machine clean (€50 fee if dirty)
- Return on time (€20/day penalty if late)

### Cleaning Expectations
- Medium-sized sofa: 1-3 tablets needed
- Not all stains removable (old/color transfer stains may remain)
- Surfaces will be damp; drying time varies by fabric and conditions
